Terms & Conditions
At AdScalar, we strive to deliver exceptional advertising services to our Direct to Consumer (DTC) brand clients. We understand that circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of services. Our policy outlines the conditions under which services can be voided or terminated:
Within 30 Days of Service Start Date: Clients may cancel services within 30 days of the service date. Refunds will be processed after deducting the cost of services delivered on a pro-rata basis.
Between 31 and 60 Days of Service Start Date: Cancellations within this period may be eligible for a partial refund after a review of the services delivered. The refund amount will be calculated based on the pro-rata cost of services already rendered.
Between 61 and 90 Days of Service Start Date: Cancellations during this time frame will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the refund will reflect the substantial completion of services and will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
Beyond 90 Days of Service Start Date: Cancellations after 90 days will not be eligible for a refund, as services are deemed fully rendered.
Termination Requests
If you need to initiate a service termination request, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our Operations Service team at [[email protected]] with your service details, including the service date and a brief explanation of the reason for the termination request.
Receive Confirmation: Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days with further instructions and confirmation of eligibility.
Provide Required Information: If your request is approved, you may be required to provide additional information or documentation to process the termination and potential refund.
Refund Processing Time
Once a service termination request is approved, we will process your refund within 15 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Client Indemnification
Approval Rights: AdScalar Marketing Private Limited holds the right to approve or disapprove any service termination request based on the delivery of services. We evaluate each request carefully to ensure fairness and adherence to our policy.
Client Indemnification: By agreeing to our services, the client indemnifies AdScalar Marketing Private Limited against any claims arising from the cancellation or termination of services. This includes but is not limited to, any losses, damages, or costs incurred as a result of the cancellation.
Governing Law.
The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
Disputes Resolution.
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
