About the Job Role :

As a Senior Media-Buyer for Social & Google Advertising at AdScalar, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our eCommerce clients by crafting and executing strategic advertising campaigns on social media and Google platforms. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of experts in the field and leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional results for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising, strong analytical skills, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends to optimize advertising strategies effectively.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven advertising strategies on media platforms like Meta and Google Advertising to achieve clients’ performance objectives.
  • Media Buying: Plan, execute, and optimize media buying activities, including budget allocation, bid management, and ad creative testing.
  • Audience Targeting: Utilize audience segmentation and targeting techniques to reach the right customers with the right message at the right time.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to optimize ROI.
  • Ad Copy and Creative: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that resonate with the target audience.
  • Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of spend.
  • Stay Informed: Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging advertising technologies to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
  • Client Communication: Maintain clear and transparent communication with clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance and discussing strategy adjustments as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills:
  • Education/ Experience: Graduate/ Masters Degree in Statistics, Operational Research, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering with 4-8 Years of experience (experience in consumer credit is desirable).
  • Digital Advertising Expertise: Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing social media and Google Ads campaigns, with a strong track record of driving results for eCommerce clients.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data and using analytics tools to draw actionable insights for campaign optimization.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Experience in effectively managing advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Audience Targeting: Deep understanding of audience segmentation and targeting techniques.
  • Creative Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams, providing clear and concise updates and recommendations.
